In-person and online appointments · English and Spanish · Fees explained before the consultation

Support for self-employed professionals

We keep the mandatory tax records, prepare the tax returns related to your activity — including IVA (VAT) and IRPF (personal income tax) — and answer questions about invoicing, VAT treatment and deductible business expenses.

We work with both direct assessment and the módulos system, where applicable. We can also offer invoicing software and explain the requirements relevant to your business and sector before you start.

Your first business meeting focuses on your actual activity: who your clients are, how you invoice, what records you need and which obligations apply. We help you organise supporting documents and a tax approach that can be explained if the tax authorities ask questions.

Personal annual income tax returns are available at special rates for our ongoing clients. The scope and fees are agreed individually.

Moving to Spain or dealing with cross-border tax questions

We advise on non-resident taxation and the special tax regime commonly known as the Beckham Law. We review your circumstances and documents to assess the applicable treatment and the work required.

We also assist with tax notifications, inspections and appeals, and with inheritance and gift taxation. Advice depends on your personal situation; eligibility for a particular regime is assessed individually.

How your consultation works

  1. Tell us about your situation. Explain your activity or the tax issue you need help with.
  2. We request the relevant documents. The list depends on your circumstances and the service.
  3. We meet and discuss an approach. We explain your options and the proposed next steps.
  4. You receive a clear scope and quote. Any further work is agreed separately.

The initial consultation has a fee, which we explain before the appointment. If you engage us for subsequent work on the same matter, the consultation fee is deducted from the total service price.
